Head-to-Head: which prostate pill works better?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two existing medications, Silodosin or Tamsulosin, works better and is safer for easing urinary problems caused by an enlarged prostate. It will involve 140 men over 50 who have moderate to severe symptoms. Each participant will try both medications in a random order so researchers can compare their individual responses.
