Summary
This study tested whether silkworm pupa tablets can improve nutrition and reduce frailty in 120 people who had surgery for stomach, colorectal, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer. Participants took the tablets for 3 months, and researchers measured weight, muscle mass, and frailty. The goal was to see if this supplement helps patients regain strength and health after cancer surgery.
