Summary
This study is testing whether a powder made from silkworm pupae can improve the nutritional status, muscle strength, and quality of life for people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will give 200 participants either the silkworm powder or a placebo daily for three months to see if it helps. The main goal is to see if this nutritional supplement can improve body measurements and potentially slow cognitive decline.
