New scar treatment after eyelid surgery put to the test

Summary
This study tests whether a topical silicone stick with sunscreen (Improscar Stick® 50) helps eyelid scars heal better after upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). Thirty adults will use the product and be followed for at least three months. Doctors and patients will rate scar quality using standard scales. The goal is to see if this simple treatment improves scar appearance and symptoms.
