Summary
This study tested whether giving sildenafil (a blood pressure drug) to women during labor could prevent fetal distress and reduce the need for emergency C-sections or baby resuscitation. It was designed for low-resource countries and planned to include 0 participants before being withdrawn. The goal was to gather data for a larger future trial.
