Summary
This study tests a laser technique called SiLaC for treating pilonidal sinus, a painful condition at the tailbone. The goal is to see if patients recover faster and have fewer complications compared to traditional surgery. About 40 adults will be treated and followed for recovery time, pain, and satisfaction.
