This study will test whether placing a newborn on their mother's chest in a side-lying 'kangaroo' position can improve comfort and vital signs during noninvasive breathing support. Researchers plan to enroll 92 premature infants (32-36 weeks) receiving nCPAP. Half will receive the side kangaroo position, and half will receive standard care. Comfort levels, heart rate, breathing rate, and oxygen levels will be compared before, during, and after the procedure.
