NCT ID NCT03541330

Summary

This study aimed to understand how healthy brothers and sisters of children with blood cancer receive information about their sibling's illness. Researchers interviewed 7 siblings aged 6-12 to learn about their satisfaction with how they were told, what they understood about the disease, and what emotional support they needed. The goal was to improve how families communicate about cancer diagnoses to better support all children in the family.
