Summary

This study compared two different exercise programs for older women to see which one better improves physical fitness and immune system markers. Sixty-six women aged 60-70 did either the 'SI Kumbang' or 'Bugar Lansia' exercise routine three times a week for three months. Researchers measured their walking distance, strength, balance, and specific immune markers before and after the program to see which exercise was more effective.
