Summary
This study looked at 40 adults with lower back, buttock, or hip pain linked to a blocked sacroiliac joint and tight piriformis muscle. Researchers used hands-on therapy to release the joint and measured changes in muscle tension and pain. The goal was to see if fixing the joint could relax the muscle and reduce discomfort.
