New drug cocktail targets Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SHR-7787 combined with other cancer treatments in people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combination shrinks tumors or slows cancer growth. About 400 adults with various solid tumors will take part.
