First human tests begin for experimental heart failure treatment

Summary
This is an early safety study testing a new experimental drug called SHR-4658 for heart failure. Researchers will give single injections to 48 healthy volunteers and people with elevated blood pressure to check for side effects and see how the drug moves through the body. The main goal is to determine safe dosage levels before testing in people with heart failure.
