First test in humans: new shot for arthritis begins safety checks
NCT ID NCT07200596
Summary
This is a very early, first-in-human study to check if a new potential drug called SHR-3045 is safe and how it behaves in the body. It will be given as a single injection to 16 healthy volunteers, not people with rheumatoid arthritis. The main goal is to see what side effects might occur and to measure how long the drug stays in the bloodstream.
