Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SHR-2173 in 84 adults with primary IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 48 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in urine protein levels to see if the drug helps control the disease. The goal is to reduce kidney damage, not cure the condition.
