Summary
This study compares an 8-week ShoulderSphere exercise program with conventional shoulder exercises in young adults aged 18 to 40 without shoulder pain. The goal is to see if ShoulderSphere better improves shoulder stability, strength, proprioception, and endurance. Participants are randomly assigned to one of two exercise groups, and their shoulder function is measured before and after the program.
