Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of guided exercise therapy can improve shoulder function and daily life for people with scapular winging, where the shoulder blade sticks out. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the exercise treatment or no treatment for five weeks. Researchers will measure changes in shoulder strength, posture, and how the condition affects daily activities and quality of life.
