First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a special filling to a notch in the upper arm bone during shoulder surgery helps athletes return to their sport at the same level within a year. About 120 adults with shoulder instability and a specific bone defect will take part. Half will get the extra filling, and half will not, and their recovery will be compared.
