Study aims to find best surgery for unstable shoulders

Summary

This study is comparing three common surgeries used to fix a shoulder that keeps dislocating, especially when there is some bone loss from the injury. It will follow 450 military personnel and civilians aged 17-50 for two years after their surgery. The goal is to see which surgery helps people return to work, sports, and military duty the fastest and with the best long-term shoulder function.
