Can exercising one arm help the other heal faster?
NCT ID NCT06905093
Summary
This study is testing whether exercising your healthy arm can help maintain strength and muscle in your immobilized arm after shoulder surgery. Researchers will compare two types of exercises (eccentric and concentric) against standard rehabilitation care. The goal is to see if this approach leads to better recovery and faster return to normal function.
