Summary
This study is testing whether cutting a small chest muscle during shoulder replacement surgery helps patients feel less pain and move their arm better afterward. Researchers will compare two groups: one that gets the muscle release and one that doesn't. The goal is to find the best surgical technique to improve recovery for people with severe shoulder arthritis.
