Summary

This study compares two common nerve block techniques for shoulder surgery to see which provides better pain control with fewer side effects. About 60 adults having arthroscopic shoulder surgery will receive either an interscalene block alone or a combined interscalene and suprascapular block. Researchers will measure pain scores, painkiller use, and breathing problems in the first 24 hours after surgery.
