Summary
This study is comparing two different shoulder replacement surgeries for people with arthritis in their shoulder joint. Researchers want to see whether a partial replacement or a full replacement provides better long-term pain relief and shoulder function. Participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery type and followed for 10 years to track their recovery and outcomes.
