NCT ID NCT06905093
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether exercising the arm that isn't in a sling can help keep muscle strength and size in the arm that had shoulder surgery. About 42 adults having shoulder surgery will be split into three groups: standard care, eccentric training, or concentric training of the non-immobilized arm. The goal is to see if this approach leads to faster and better recovery.
