Can you think your shoulder pain away? new study tests mental imagery vs. exercise
NCT ID NCT07290660
Summary
This study is testing two new approaches to help people with shoulder impingement syndrome, a common cause of shoulder pain and stiffness. Researchers will compare standard physiotherapy to programs that either use mental imagery exercises or specific task-based exercises. The goal is to see if these new methods work better than usual care at reducing pain and improving shoulder movement and strength.
