Summary
This study aims to find the best physical therapy approach for working adults with shoulder pain lasting over a month. It will compare three methods: standard therapy, targeted strength exercises, and a combined physical and psychological support program. Researchers will also test if new imaging technology can better explain pain and guide treatment.
