Summary

This study looked at whether a tight chest muscle contributes to shoulder pain in people who have had a stroke. Researchers gave injections to 19 stroke survivors to relax this muscle and reduce pain. The goal was to see if this approach could help improve shoulder movement and guide better rehabilitation plans.
