Summary
This study is testing if adding a pain-numbing injection (a suprascapular nerve block) to the standard treatment for frozen shoulder helps people get better faster. Researchers will compare two groups: one gets the standard treatment plus the nerve block, and the other gets just the standard treatment. They want to see if the combination leads to better shoulder movement and less pain within one month.
