NCT ID NCT06910332
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a specific shoulder movement technique (called mobilization) can immediately change muscle strength and body awareness (proprioception) in healthy people. 48 young adults aged 18-25 took part. One group received the real mobilization, while the other received a fake (sham) treatment. Researchers measured strength and position sense before and after to see if there was an effect.
