Summary
This study tested two shoulder injury prevention programs in 137 teenage handball players (ages 13-19) from a Hungarian academy. Over 18 weeks, players did exercises from either a Swedish or Norwegian program. Researchers measured shoulder function, control, and injury rates to see which program worked better.
