Summary
This study tested two shoulder injury prevention programs for teenage handball players to see which works better. Researchers compared a Swedish program and a Norwegian program over 18 weeks with 137 elite players. They measured shoulder function, stability, and tracked injuries to determine which program better protects young athletes from shoulder problems.
