New study tests Brain-Based exercises for shoulder pain

Summary

This study looks at whether special mental imagery exercises or task-focused training can improve shoulder pain and movement better than standard physical therapy. About 66 adults with shoulder impingement will be split into three groups and treated for 6 weeks. The goal is to find which approach works best for reducing pain and improving daily function.
