NCT ID NCT07459777
Summary
This study aims to determine whether early surgery or rehabilitation works better for preventing repeat shoulder dislocations in teenagers experiencing their first dislocation. Researchers will follow 30 adolescents aged 12-18 for one year, comparing arthroscopic stabilization surgery to physical therapy programs. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves shoulder function, and prevents future dislocations.
