Summary

This study aims to find out whether surgery or non-surgical physical therapy is better for preventing repeat dislocations after a first-time shoulder dislocation. It will enroll 100 young adults and athletes who recently dislocated their shoulder. Researchers will compare the rate of future dislocations and shoulder stability between the two treatment groups over two years.
