Teens with shoulder dislocation: is early surgery better than rehab?

Summary

This study looks at whether early surgery or rehabilitation is better for teenagers (ages 12-18) who have dislocated their shoulder for the first time. The goal is to see which approach reduces the chance of future dislocations and improves pain and shoulder function. Thirty participants will be followed for one year.
