Race to beat brain TB: High-Dose drugs aim to cut treatment time

Summary
This study is testing if a new, shorter treatment plan works better for a severe brain infection called tuberculous meningitis (TBM). It will compare a 6-month regimen using higher doses of key drugs against the current standard 9-month treatment. The main goal is to see if the new approach helps people recover more function and reduces severe disability.
