One-Week radiation challenge: can it match standard care for tough breast cancers?

NCT ID NCT06559540

Summary

This study is comparing two different schedules of radiation therapy for breast cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes. It aims to see if a much shorter, 1-week treatment is as safe and effective as the current standard 3-week treatment. Researchers will measure side effects, cancer recurrence, and quality of life in 220 participants to determine if the faster approach is a good option.
