Summary
This study tested a 9-day course of higher-dose radiation for people with early-stage breast cancer (stages 0 to IIB). The goal was to see if this shorter treatment keeps the breast looking good and maintains quality of life. 102 participants completed the treatment, and researchers checked cosmetic results and well-being up to 24 months later.
