First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares 4 months versus 6 months of chemotherapy (capecitabine and oxaliplatin) in 1024 stomach cancer patients who had surgery. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well to prevent cancer from coming back, while causing fewer side effects. Participants are adults aged 18-80 with stage II or III stomach cancer.
