Invisalign breakthrough: 3-Day wear may be as effective as 7
NCT ID NCT05905224
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether wearing Invisalign aligners for only 3 days (instead of the usual 7) could still move teeth predictably. Forty healthy adults with mild crowding participated. Researchers compared tooth movement accuracy and speed between the two wear schedules to see if a shorter wear time could work just as well.
