Summary
This study tested four different antibiotic plans to treat simple bladder infections in adult women. It compared taking medicine for 2, 3, or 5 days against a single one-time dose. The goal was to see which plan worked best to clear up symptoms and get rid of the bacteria causing the infection, while using fewer days of antibiotics.
