NCT ID NCT06153069

First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether people with tuberculosis (TB) who have no symptoms can be treated in a shorter time—17 weeks instead of the usual longer course. About 426 adults in China will receive either the standard regimen or a shortened one. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well without increasing side effects.
