Summary
This study looked at whether showing children a short educational video before a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy can lower their anxiety, fear, and pain, and increase their satisfaction. Sixty children aged 7 to 12 having the procedure for the first time took part. The video was designed to prepare them for what to expect, and researchers measured their feelings using simple scales.
