Can a few minutes a week tame high blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07251920
Summary
This study tested whether doing a special type of strength training just once or twice a week could lower high blood pressure as effectively as doing it three times a week. It involved 30 adults with high or borderline-high blood pressure who were not on medication. The goal was to find the smallest effective 'dose' of exercise to help people stick with it long-term.
