First seen Apr 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive treatment called extracorporeal shockwave therapy can improve arm and hand function in people who had a stroke six months ago. Researchers will measure movement speed and muscle activity in 50 adults aged 25 to 65. The goal is to find a safer, drug-free way to reduce muscle stiffness and improve daily arm use.
