Summary

This study compares two non-surgical shockwave treatments for chronic heel pain from plantar fasciitis. It involves 114 adults with long-lasting pain that hasn't improved with other treatments. Researchers are testing whether radial or focused shockwave therapy provides better pain relief and improves walking and daily activities.
