Summary

This early-phase study tested whether combining shockwave therapy with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can help men with erectile dysfunction caused by blood vessel problems. Fifty-nine men aged 30 to 80 with mild to moderate ED took part. The main goal was to check safety, and researchers also looked at whether the treatment improved erectile function.
