Shock wave & core workout: new hope for student back pain?

Summary

This study tests whether adding shock wave therapy to core stability exercises reduces chronic back pain in female university students. 100 participants with non-specific back pain for over 3 months will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the combination improves pain, physical function, and balance better than exercise alone.
