Summary
This study is testing a combination treatment for chronic back pain that has no clear cause. It will see if using sound wave therapy (ESWT) along with specific core-strengthening exercises is better at reducing pain and improving daily function. The trial is enrolling 100 female university students in Jordan who have had back pain for over three months.
