Summary
This study is testing a new, step-by-step emergency plan called the MINUTES bundle. It's designed to help doctors quickly stabilize adults who arrive at the ER with life-threatening shock when the cause is unknown. The goal is to see if following this specific 30-minute checklist improves patient recovery and survival.
