First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tested whether personalized sleep or nutrition plans could reduce the negative health effects of night shift work. 57 rotating or night shift workers wore smart devices, took alertness tests, and gave blood samples. Researchers compared the intervention groups to a control group to see if the plans improved sleep time, sleep quality, and blood sugar levels.
